What are the three sessions?
Each session represents a visit in the stages of the facilitation experience. The first stage, preparation, lets you meet with your licensed facilitator and complete the intake process, plan for transportation, set your intentions for the experience, amongst other items of discussion. In the second session, your facilitator will provide a safe and supportive space for your experience as you self administer psilocybin in a relaxed atmosphere. The third session, Integration, is designed to help you explore your experience and find ways to integrate the work you have done to help improve your well-being.
Do I have to attend all three sessions?
You do have to attend the first two sessions, Preparation, and Administration, in accordance with Oregon state law. The preparation session must exceed 24 hours before the administration session, so consider making a vacation out of your visit if you do not live locally. Can the Preparation and Administration sessions be conducted in the same day?
No. In accordance with Oregon law, individual preparation sessions must be conducted over 24 hours prior to the administration session. We encourage out-of-towners to plan a multi-day visit to explore the beautiful Willamette Valley and everything it has to offer during your stay.

Can I bring a friend to sit with me?
No. According to the Oregon Health Authority the only people allowed in an administration area during the administration session are a client support person as defined by Oregon Administrative Regulations, licensed service center staff, facilitators, interpreters, or other clients in a group session. You could consider doing a group session with your friend where you both are clients in the administration session together.
If you do want a trusted friend to be close by during this experience, they are welcome to sit out in the waiting room. Of course, this is providing the person accompanying you adheres to the rules. We reserve the right to ask them to leave should we believe they may interfere with your experience.
Due to current legal limitations, you may not bring others with you to your sessions except for individuals needed to help with a specific, identified medical or communication need. (If you have an identified medical or communication need, please let us know as soon as possible.)
However, you may participate in group administration sessions with other clients who are also consuming psilocybin products during the shared session, if all clients and facilitators consent to the group session.
Can a friend and I have our administration sessions together?
Yes. Some friends decide to have their administration sessions at the same time. This is welcome and encouraged. It is one way to reduce the cost of psilocybin services. Please be aware you will each need an individual preparation session. During the preparation session you will discuss with your facilitator benefits and risks of having a group session.
"What if something happens, such as an illness, causing me to miss a session?"
If you are feeling “under the weather” or have an unplanned emergency, then please call us and let us know that you would like to be rescheduled.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
A $50 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge of no less than $200 if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. All services require payment in advance.
How can I contact my facilitator between sessions?
If you need to contact your facilitator between sessions, please send a text, email, or voice message. They are not often immediately available; however, they will attempt to return your message within 72 hours. If your response is likely to require more than 15 minutes, please schedule an appointment with your facilitator to discuss your concerns. If a true emergency arises, please call 911 or any local emergency room.

How will I consume the psilocybin?
Methods of Consuming Psilocybin
We offer a few different methods to consume psilocybin at the start of your administration experience. This is entirely a matter of personal preference.
- Whole fungus. You can choose to eat the mushroom in its natural form. Some might consider the taste to be offputting, while others may enjoy the flavor as the taste is quite earthy.
- Powered. This is a great solution if yo are turned off by mushrooms. We offer pre-packaged applesauce you can mix the powder in, which we think pairs quite well. You may also decide to drink it suspended in tea.
- Capsule(s). If you do not wish to taste the mushroom, we suggest opting for the capsule form.
Our mushrooms come from a state-licensed grower. Every batch is tested so we know the dosage you are receiving.
What if I get hungry?
You are welcome to bring pre-packaged foods to your administrative session. We also have a variety of pre-packaged foods available at the service center. Additionally, you may arrange with your facilitator to have food delivered to the center from any local food service establishment.
What is the videography service?
To make psilocybin services more accessible, our base prices are set with one facilitator. To provide safety for our clients and staff when there is only one facilitator in an administration session. The sessions are video recorded. You are welcome to opt out of having your administration sessions video recorded by requesting the presence of a second facilitator for your administration session. This will increase your cost of services. If you choose for your session to be video recorded, these videos are stored on an encrypted hard drive for six years, as required by law. While you will not be provided with a video to take with you, you may make an appointment to view your videos in the service center free of charge.
Is there somewhere I can keep my valuables during administration
Yes. We provide lock boxes to keep your personal belongings until your session is over.
Are my records safe?
We use an electronic health records program. While we are not classified as a healthcare business, security is of the utmost importance, which is why we use a health records program that is HIPAA-compliant.
How is my privacy protected?
Videos are stored on a hard drive that is secured and encrypted. We do not document unnecessary personal information in your records, only what is required to be documented by Oregon. If you are concerned with privacy relating to parking, we suggest staying at a local hotel and taking advantage of our local taxi or ride share services.

What if I have a medical emergency during administration?
In the unlikely chance of you experiencing a medical emergency during the administration phase, we will contact emergency services. Our staff are trained by the Red Cross in CPR, First Aid, and AED use. We do have a defibrillator on site.
Can I request Life Trek, LLC to facilitate at a different service center
Life Trek, LLC facilitators are able to extend their services to other service centers. Please be aware that an additional fee may be required.
