Setting Intention
Reflect on how you see yourself right now. What is going well, and what areas of your life need attention? What are you hoping to gain from this psilocybin experience? What would you like to change about life?
It can be helpful to write down your thoughts, many people use a journal to keep thoughts organized. You can write about your life, people, events, interests, passions, and things you want more of. Where are you stuck in life? What is holding you back?
Thinking and writing about your strengths can help you get through challenging moments during the psychedelic journey.
Day of Administration
In addition to the above preparation, we encourage our clients to fast 2-4 hours before your administration session. A small breakfast is OK and you are welcome to bring prepackaged snacks and drinks with you to the session.
Pack List
● Comfy clothes
● Water bottle
● Personal items
● Cash (for product. Sorry, we cannot accept credit or debit for psilocybin products in accordance with Oregon law)
● Packaged snacks and drinks
● Tea bags
● Eye mask
● Medication for nausea, or acid reflux
If you bring food, drinks, or medication with you to the administration session, please let your facilitator know. Cash is needed to purchase the mushroom, please see our price sheet for additional information.
Music
We will provide headphones and a selection of music playlists specifically designed for a psilocybin journey. In general, we suggest using the music provided, it is intended to help you embrace the experience, without being distracting. Music you are already familiar with has the potential to shape your experience based on memories and feelings associated with the music, which can hinder your exploration of your intentions on your journey.
Headphones and eyemasks are optional, and not required for a successful psilocybin experience. If you have any music or sound-related questions, talk to your facilitator.

Integration: Making Sense of Your Psilocybin Journey
Relax. Connect. Grow.
Take some time for yourself, relax your body and mind. Go on walks, meditate, take long showers, breath, stretch, and drink water. The neuroplastic effects of psilocybin can last for up to a month. Use this time to connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Also a great time to pick up a hobby, learn a skill, or create something.
What about intention? Did you learn anything that you can apply to everyday life? Personal growth can manifest in many ways, sometimes it is about discovering something new about yourself or the world. Other times, it is about moving on, and leaving something behind that no longer serves you.
